Forty Acres has not been refused a permit for a dispensary in Berkeley. The leaders do not have criminal backgrounds. We advocate for the under represented and compassionately recognize that criminal back ground checks could very well exclude the people who the medical marijuana industry could actually help in regards to prison recidivism rates and employability. Come by and see what growing at Forty Acres, its more than just weed!
